We train each gymnast on all gymnastics apparatus seen in the Olympics and other televised competitions (men’s or women’s). In addition, your child will stretch at the beginning of class which improves flexibility and range of motion. Lastly, your child will participate in conditioning aimed at improving strength to tackle bigger skills! When can my child join a class?
Anytime! We have classes year round. Gymnasts may join a class at any time.Do you require notice before dropping a class?
Yes. We require a 2-week written notice prior to your drop date. These forms are located at the front desk or online (link). Why? Your child is reserved a place in his/her class each month; Your Drop Notice enables us to fill the vacancy as soon as possible. What should I wear to class?
A leotard or T-shirt and shorts are preferred for class work-out time (attire must be free of buttons, zippers, and snaps). Gymnasts with long hair should have their hair pulled back. Underwear should be worn under a leotard. Shoes are not permitted during class.Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! You receive a $5 discount if you enroll your child in a second class or if you enroll more than one child in any of our programs.
Why are parents encouraged to watch from a distance?
You have entrusted us with your most precious possessions, you kids! We want our athletes to enjoy themselves, but gymnastics can become dangerous if the athletes are not focused. Furthermore, their progress and success depends on them listening carefully to our corrections. Your children want to please you, and during practice they watch for your approval. However, they become very distracted. Please understand that your child will train best when we have their undivided attention. When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. A $25.00 late fee is applied to your account after the 7th.May I schedule a make-up class?
